I love everything about my stay in Sveti Nikola family hotel. I was greeted by the sweetest woman ever and every interaction with her left my smiling. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished. I had a really good rest. Everything was spotless. The breakfast options were plenty and delicious and just for 7 lv. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I'd definitely love to come back to this hotel.

This was our second stay at Guesthouse Jasmine and we returned because we like it so much. The hosts are very friendly, it's nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and in a great location to access to the main spa in Sapareva Banya. We also chose to stay because our daughter loves the decor in the triple room; she calls it the princess room! The kitchen has a coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and sandwich maker, which you can use to toast bread. The hosts call it a mini-kitchen, however, it's the same size as most kitchens in self-contained apartments/ studios. It has it's own seating plus a nice balcony area with additional seating.

We especially enjoyed the hot springs and that it's close enough for a trip to the seven rila lakes. The town itself is pretty quiet, we've been at the beginning of july and there weren't a lot of turists. Out stay was during the week (wednesday-friday).

Quaint little Spa town and you can see they are trying to modernise it. I enjoyed the location as I wanted a spa break, a few days is enough though as there is not a lot to do in the town itself, That said the surrounding hills are great for walking etc

Sapareva Banya is not to be missed for hikers, nature lovers and people who like spa/hot springs. The famous Seven Rila Lakes can be easily reached from here, and many more hikes are possible. The town boasts a 103°C geyser and a public spa center (Aqua Club Kotvata) that has everything from large warm swimming pools to hot jacuzzi to cold ponds to sauna, and more. The town is a very quiet place, and people are friendly.

Very nice guest house, the owner was very friendly and although his , English is not so good, we manged to communicate well and felt at home. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the fruit garden of the owner who also offered us apples from his trees. We had a very
tasty breakfast that was prepared for us in the morning.

There is nothing special about Sapareva banya but it is a nice budget-friendly near-Sofia resort. It's very easy to reach the 7th Rila lakes, the Rila monastery, the Resilovo monastery, as well as the Rila park in Dupnitsa city. Rado pizza place is an excellent dinner choice. You could place it wherever you want at the Mediterranean coast and it will fit perfectly. Try to avoid "SPA upon request" properties.

The home is located in a suitable location between the Rila National Park and Sofia. It has a nice view and is spacious. Its a wooden house with a fireplace, which makes it very cozy. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The host and hostess are really nice people who will welcome you with open arms.
The location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw from the Kotva Pools. The room is undeniably spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully warm. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need during a longer stay. Without a doubt, you won't encounter any accommodation issues here.
We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment is spacious and perfect for families. The kitchen is well equipped. Anastasia, the owner’s daughter, speaks English and had lot of willingness to help.
We really liked to have a coffee at the beautiful yard.
This place is highly recommended!
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Check in was quick and easy. We were very happy with our room, it’s was tastefully decorated. Also wine and fruits as a compliment. Amazing SPA!
We loved our weekend here, was a lovely much needed getaway, many thanks!
Small boutique hotel, clean and with very helpful and polite staff. Spa centre area is not very big but it's not overcrowded even during weekends and it's perfect. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. It's a good value for money.
The mineral water pool and the spa were really good. The man at the reception was nice and polite. The beds are good sized and the whole apartment was clean overall. This is pretty much all that was good about this hotel tho.
