Parga can get quite busy at night, but there are many restaurants and bars to choose from, and it has a great atmosphere. There is a festival mid August which culminates in an excellent firework display, and the town is even busier, leading to an even better atmosphere! Although a car is not essential, it would be a shame to miss out on all the great beaches both north and south of Parga.

The city is beautiful and peaceful. It's perfect for a good vacation during the low/medium season. The food is good and the locals are really friendly. It's tricky to drive having a big car, but it's manageable. I'll love to spend more time there resting and visiting different places.

We visited out of season so we can't know how would it be later in the month. The open restaurants were good but expensive. THe town nee a bit of upkeep but is beautiful to visit and walk the narrow steep streets.DanielIsrael

Loads of restaurants to choose from in Parga, make the effort to explore BEHIND the busy promenade especially upper Parga on the ridge and in the old town. Massages in the spa were great, rooms were lovely and the pool was very clean with plenty of sunbeds available. We used cabs to ferry us around into town and to attractions around the area. Much cheaper than car hire and no hassle parking in the ridiculously busy Parga. Definitely returning.

You get daily cleaning service, and each day towels and bed sheets clean and smelling fresh. The owners are very nice, kind and helpful. All apartments have balcony, with beautiful see view and view to the town. Location is very good, Venetian Castle of Parga is literally 3min walking from apartment.
