What I enjoyed most: 1 - The location > Unlikely, most of the other Hotels in Velingrad, Kashmir is a gem in the nature, I truly appreciated all the green surrounding the structure. 2 - The Staff > All the staff in the hotel is well-mannered and helpful, with a special mention to the waiters in the restaurant. 3 - The Spa > Without any doubt the best SPA I've been in Velingrad. The SPA area in the middle of the wood is a huge plus, and a great experience. 4 - The food > Kudos to the chef! The food quality and the great selection of dishes was really exceptional. 5 - The Room > Our room was great, with a lovely balcony, and very well furnished.

We arrived really late and felt really welcomed, they waited for us for check in and also asked before we arrived if we were hungry after a long drive. That’s very warm! For breakfast we got fresh mekitsa and we loved it sooo much! Definitely recommend and will come back! Thank you very much! Also there is a cute cat and dog on a territory that also makes your experience more homish and cosy 🥰
