A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

Bonic apartament al centre de Rethymnon, es pot aparcar a davant de l'apartament gratuïtament. Està molt ben equipat i decorat amb molt bon gust. És molt cèntric, de seguida ets als punts més interessants de la ciutat. Els propietaris van ser encantadors! Ens van recomanar moltíssims llocs i ens van regalar alguns detallets. Clarament, sense ells ens haguéssim perdut alguna de les parts més interessants de Creta. Fan falta més amfitrions com ells!!!

The hotel was just insanely beautiful, food and drinks were delicious but above all else, the service we received from every single member of staff was phenomenal. We both cannot express how perfect the service was, from checkin to check out. Every single interaction we had with staff was exceptional service, they all went above and beyond, with smiles on their faces and actually wanting to help! We felt like we were on our honeymoon with our surroundings, the extra touches the hotel provide are second to none, we enjoyed breakfast with a live saxophone player - fresh fruits and snacks upon arrival to our room which was close to midnight and the constant going out of there way to help us is an experience we will never forget! We will no doubt be back, absolutely stunning resort with the best team working behind the scenes. Special thank you to Polina at concierge for giving us the best local advice and Manolis at the beach bar for the excellent service every day! We had the BEST time - if you are thinking of booking, please do not hesitate, Amirandes is just beautiful, you will not be disappointed in the slightest, the hotel actually took our breath away!

: My stay at Star Beach Village was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, and there were plenty of water facilities like pools and slides to enjoy.
