Centrally located in Longyearbyen, Basecamp Hotel is a traditional trapper's lodge-style property just 15 minutes’ drive from Longyearbyen Airport. The airport bus stops right outside. The property is very unique in terms of the look & feel of the boutique hotel. Not too big but tastefully made. No shoes allowed inside so it stays clean thru out. Nice breakfast.

Set in the Skjæringa area of Longyearbyen, Mary-Ann's Polarrigg is built with old rigs. Central Longyearbyen is between 6-8 minutes walk away and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. This place is absolutely extraordinary. There is a strong sense of history, it is partly like a museum. We stayed there for four days, it felt warm and homely. Single rooms were basic, but met all our needs (if you are looking for modern scandinavian standards, you have to choose another place). The hotel has a amazing winter garden - a very rich breakfast is served in the morning. There is also some kind of lunch offer, which we didn't need. I strongly recommend dinner at the restaurant even if you are not staying at this hotel :) And last, but not least - we had the opportunity to meet and talk with two people who work in this restaurant - warm thanks to you, Valeria and Osvald! Your kindness made our stay even more exceptional! PS. One of us has already booked her next stay at this hotel!

Radisson Blu Polar Hotel is the northernmost full-service hotel in the world, located in Longyearbyen. Amazing place! The staff were incredible and super friendly. Nothing was too difficult for them and always smiling. They checked in with us every time we passed through the lobby. Their northern lights alert is perfect and they help you locate darker areas of town to be able to get a better view. The pub attached is delicious and reasonable priced. Stayed in the junior suite which is in the seperate building and was a great location with a view over the town.

Hotel Svalbard & Lodge se nahaja na osrednji lokaciji v mestecu Longyearbyen. Location is excellent, central. Pub, shops, food all within a few steps. Room is excellent, big windows, warm. Staff is really nice, gave you all the info and suggestions. Breakfast is good also.

This hotel is situated on the island of Spitsbergen, in Norway’s Arctic Archipelago, Svalbard. It offers stunning views, free WiFi and free afternoon treats. Access to a relaxation area is also free. Overall the hotel has this cosy atmosphere, rooms very simple but very stylish. Heating in the room was perfect. It was also very quiet so it made really easy for me to unwind after a long day spent on tours. The staff is amazing, absolutely doing everything to make the whole experience even better. Special mention to Maggie and Sergey who went above and beyond to make sure that people enjoy their time in the hotel. Breakfast selection is just enough in my opinion, everything is fresh and well prepared.

Situated in Longyearbyen, within 1.3 km of Svalbard Church, Haugen Pensjonat Svalbard offers accommodation with free WiFi. Built in 1985, the property is within 2.1 km of Svalbard Museum. It is very sweet and warm place to stay. Every time I travel to Longyearbyen I want to stay in Haugen Pensjonat. The staff very super kind. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom always very clean. I can only recommend.
