It was a great stay, a shame we only spend one night here. The location is fantastic, we had a view on the park outside. Breakfast is just astonishing, plenty of choice - for vegans too. It was such a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it!

Hotel Kong Carl - Unike Hoteller is located in the coastal city of Sandefjord, 150 metres from Torget Square. It combines old world charm with modern conveniences such as free Wi-Fi. It was a really great stay. The hotel has a unique atmosphere with everything you need for a comfortable presence. The room is large, the bed is extra comfortable. The bathroom has all necessary things. Perfect. The breakfast is so good! Highly recommend everyone!

Featuring an in-house hair and beauty shop, the self-service Wilhelmsen House offers central accommodation in Tønsberg. The property is a 5-minute walk to public transport. Having all the entry codes and administration sorted out by email in advance was really good: the ability to just walk straight to my room without any sort of in person check-in was really appreciated after a long journey. The gym was an unexpected bonus, which I was fortunately in a position to take advantage of. Also, the fact that all local takeaways seem to know where it is and are happy to deliver there removed a lot of decision making.

Featuring views of the harbour and fjord, the Thon Hotel Tønsberg Brygge is located in Tønsberg. The popular entertainment area, Brygga i Tønsberg, is within 300 metres of the hotel. Great location right on the harbour front! Outstanding breakfast (incl. gluten-free options)! Very, very friendly staff!

Dating back to 1914, this hotel is 3 minutes’ walk from Sandefjord Station. It offers free afternoon waffles with tea/coffee, a free evening buffet, plus free sauna and gym access. It felt like staying in a museum / hotel. The reception and the room you had breakfast and dinner in were decorated with whaling memorabilia and i loved that. Very cozy , warm ( even though outside at bight the temperature dropped at -20 celsius ).

Situated about 5 minutes’ walk from Tønsberg Station, this central waterfront hotel offers free Wi-Fi and sea views. All rooms have a flat-screen cable TV. Super cosy bed, very spacious room with sofa corner. Great bathroom with large shower (good water pressure and hot), nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion products. And a great hairdryer- this is so really relevant for me as I have long hair and I am so fed up with those tiny, ridiculously overheating hotel-hairdryers! It made my mornings so much better. Also, there is a proper ironing board. I travel for business and ironed clothes are essential. It was super quiet, with no noise from the neighbouring rooms or the hallway. The breakfast offered everything one could wish for, I was very happy!
