But when we arrived, they prepared not only the bday greeting note, but there were also complimentary nice cold wine, dessert and fruits waiting for us in our room.! It was a super sweet surprise for us! We loved it! Thanks a lot!

This 4-star business West City Hotel is 6 km from the centre of Cluj-Napoca near the Vivo Shopping Centre. Excelent breakfast, one of the best in the last period. I think that next time I'll try the restaurant since it was packed in the evening so I'm waiting to see why.

Hotel Athos R.M.T. is situated in a quiet and green residential area of Cluj-Napoca, yet close to the centre of this economically and culturally thriving city, offering very comfortable accommodation.... The welcoming, the friendliness, the way every situation that I had, they had a solution and an answer immediately. There was no point the I have received a negative answer, even if it was something out of their hands they would reply: “what we can do is…” I am referring to reception staff. Throughout my stay there were 3 shifts and they were all amazing, I m really sorry that I did remember their names. Amazing job!! And to top it up when we left we took 2 burgers “take away” very good ones indeed.

We picked this hotel because we wanted to book multiple rooms for a family vacation, somewhere fairly close to the center as well as modern, clean and affordable. Cristal was all of these and more. The building is small and unassuming from the outside but hyper-modern on the inside. Elevators, rooms, switches, are all digital touch. The staff was super courteous and helpful and the restaurant had delicious and fresh food for breakfast. We'd stay here again due to how easy it is to walk to central areas of town, including shopping areas and restaurants. The neighborhood and walk felt safe. Extra points for having a little mall and some cafes and supermarkets really close by (5 min walk), for when you want to get sone water bottles, or snacks. The bathroom was clean, the skincare was from Rituals and the room itself had a comfy bed, good sheets, and enough space to pop open our suitcases.

This place is absolutely lovely, we were not really familiar with Romania, so we didnt knew what to expect, and it was an amazing surprise. Hotel is extremely beautiful, full of little details that makes it special. Rooms are very comfortable and with a delightful decoration. It is owned and run by a very kind and helpful couple, that are always doing their best to make your stay more pleasant. We would do the whole trip to Romania again just to stay here one more time

Gostámos tanto que acabámos por prolongar mais uma noite a nossa estadia. Cabines maravilhosas, viradas para o verde e com os pássaros junto à varanda no amanhecer. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso, embora com diversidade limitada. O estacionamento e grande. Todo o espaço envolvente é muito bem tratado e inspira tranquilidade. O jacuzzi foi uma boa experiência.
