The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The stay has a decent size pool and a recreational room with pool table and foosball to pass time. On another note, the owners are really helpful as they allowed us complimentary early check-in at 2:30 am in their dorm room and also complimentary late check-out as our bus was late at night. They also helped us book the bus tickets and cave tour at reasonable price.

Very clean and nice rooms + large bathroom. Breakfast is not included in the price but you can get it for a fair price there and it is very tasty. The host spoke english very well and was able to organize transportation, tours and every other question for us. Location at the riverside is the best spot to be in Phong Na. Renting a scooter and driving trough the park was our highlight.

Bed was comfortable. Gym was clean and equipment was nice, bonus that it was empty when I used it. Indoor pool was so lovely. I purchased a massage and it was so relaxing and soothing. I also got to use their sauna in their spa facilities before and after my massage. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in Vietnam. Loved my stay.

Thanks to Hugo and his lovely family for our stay and being so accomodating. Hugo recommended a cave tour (Ruc Mon Cave) and it was honestly one of the highlights of our 7 weeks in Vietnam. Good location away from the industrial part of town, lots of food choice close by, shopping mall opposite, coffee shops near by. All pretty new good shower and aircon, clean and spacious room with a small balcony all I asked for, can’t fault the property.

I can’t say Thanks to Trang amazing guest I have found in my traveling experience till now. Our bus dropped us at 2 am in the morning. Trang came to pickup us with motor bike at 2 am .
