The apartment has an excellent location, close to cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping mall, stores, drugstores, 'kioskos', subway stations, bus stops. The host is attentive, kind and always available; and the building is easy to find and access. The room has a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, a sofa and a small table, which were more than enough for some drinks and snacks in our stay. The bathroom is a bit small, but new and clean. Would totally recommend it as a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time there. It is clean very well situated and services are great. Dana who manages the customer s is very friendly and is willing to help with everything. Really nice and professional. All staff in the residence and support was nice too, breakfest was a nice addition. And wonderful rooftop pool ! I recommand strongly.

They were always smiling, helpful and polite - one could not hope for more professional and welcoming customer service. Any problems or questions were answered swiftly and dealt with efficiently. Our room no.1402 was spotless and has a spectacular view over Recoleta cemetery. Breakfast was very good. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. She gave us lots of tips of places to see, where to eat, and how to get around easily. The apartment was spotless and safe. The central location provided easy access to sites around the city. The city bus system is easy to navigate and provides cheap, accessible means to get around. The city itself offers an interesting mix of history, culture, and ecology. Will likely visit again and reserve an apartment with Estela.
