The Drisco Hotel Tel Aviv - Relais & Châteaux, hotel in Tel Aviv

The Drisco is a heritage-landmark, 5 star superior hotel, established in 1866, and a proud member of Relais & Châteaux.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. Both the hotel and my room were spotless, which speaks volumes about their commitment to cleanliness and hospitality. I would give them a 10/10 for their attention to detail. They even went the extra mile by leaving a small gift in our room for my partner's birthday, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Before my stay, the hotel staff ensured I had all the necessary information, including tips on local attractions, dining, and activities. My experience at this hotel was truly outstanding—I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I can't answer because I live in Israel and went because I had an early appointment and didn't want to have to get up so early as to be sure to arrive on time. I wanted to be relaxed. I did find the average person to be pleasant, friendly and helpful which was nice for a big city. The beach is fabulous and accessible. If you want to combine culture and a resort feeling, TA is a good place. You won't find Ancient Israel here but it had what every major city anywhere does. It's one of the most expensive cities in the World, so be prepared.

Tel Aviv is a scintillating, varied and exciting city with everything for tourists, young and elderly. Music, opera house, concerts, classical and jazz. Art galleries and museums… cafes, bars and beaches. For all denominations, Synagogues, mosques and churches in Jaffa. Markets by the port, in the centre of the city and in Jaffa. If needed, first class health facilities, hospitals and clinics. Trains, buses and the new light railway, also taxis are in plenty People are welcoming and helpful. The best is just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere.

We came not only to help the country at such a difficult time, but also to reconnect with family and friends. Tel Aviv is a vibrant, bustling city...if you've never been you'll notice that Israelis are loud and somewhat impatient. There's more car horns honked here than anywhere else. The bus system is terrific and it's easy to get around, either by bus or train. There are some wonderful museums here, particularly the ANU Museum at Tel Aviv University in Ramat Aviv. The Carmel Market and Nahalat Binyamina are great outdoor markets. Most things are within walking distance of the hotel, and if not, then a short bus ride. The train station that takes you to Jerusalem is within walking distance as well and the train ride is less than an hour. If you're a beach person, the entire coastline is beaches with a boardwalk and a carousel. And the food in restaurants is terrific! We didn't have a bad meal while here. And the bakeries are to die for. Israelis are so grateful for the support they receive from tourists and we made many friends along the way, from shop keepers to hotel staff. A very worthwhile trip!

Best location in Tel Aviv, steps from one of the best shopping / food districts (for a cheap, quick meal, the falafel / schnitzel stand in the square can’t be beat). The staff, especially Sivan at the front desk are friendly and highly competent. there are a ton of little touches and unexpected amenities that elevate your stay. the building itself is also historic Bauhaus and is decorated throughout with tons of old posters and film projectors, a nod to the building’s past. this could quite possibly be the best hotel in Tel Aviv

There was a free breakfast with drinks, fresh fruit and a cake, which is more than enough to set you up for the day - unusually it was included in the price, which virtually no other hotels do. it was nicely decorated and all in all a perfect boutique hotel to serve as a base for exploring the many things Tel Aviv has to offer

Great location in tel aviv near the beach. Plenty of restaurants and fast food near the hôtel. The personal was great. Qualitative breakfast (buffet + one main dish). Best location in Tel Aviv - in my opinion it's true due to the location near the bus stop (directly to the airport or Old Jaffa district - bus no 10), shops, sea coast & beaches. The apartment is nice, has a potential to be the best, clean, spacious, has necessary things in the kitchen. The surrounding is ok, close to the park. If you rent an electric scooter, next to the building is a parking. Recommend mostly for pairs.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach area. The service at the hotel was great. We had two reservations, one for our family traveling together, and another for my husband who’s staying at Tel Aviv for a few more days. They offered to do his checkin in advance and manage to let him stay in the same room. The kitchenette was very useful and the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Although it’s a bit of a chore locating the check in desk for this boutique motel, the payoff is the location and the staff. For those looking for easy access to Tel Aviv’s, top notch beaches and promenade walkway, this is an ideal place to stay . At anything under $150 a night, this is a bargain for central Tel Aviv.
