It exceeded our expectations in every way and the value for the money is amazing! Staff, parking, smell, size of the villa, decoration, food, services, privacy... everything was 15/10! Originally our plan was to stay here for 5 nights and another 5 nights in a different hotel but after the first night here, we canceled the other one and extended our stay here. If you compare it to similar ultra-luxury hotels then you will see that price of this hotel is very friendly for what you are getting.

This was perfect for the rest and relaxation we were seeking for our trip. Booked a sea view suite which was spacious and had views of the golf course and the ocean beyond. So many different areas to sit and relax in peace and quiet both indoors and outdoors. Lovely pool with many sitting/lying options for sun bathing. Staff were all very friendly and always with a smile. Restaurant was great with many options for breakfast and dinner, which varied daily and the complimentary drink on arrival to dinner was a nice touch. We spent most evenings at Icco bar, which has live music some nights and scenic outdoor seating area and also great staff - special thanks to Javier! Would recommend car hire if staying here and parking is no problem Loved it here and will definitely be returning.

Od € 124 na nočOdlična lokacija saj je velik nakupovalni center v bližini ter v bližini apartmaja se nahaja pekarna. Z balkona je pogled proti morju. Brezplačni parking za avtomobil v okolici apartmaja. Ni glasna soseska, tako da je nočni mir zagotovljen. Stanivanje je bilo čisto ter opremljena kuhinja z nekaj posode ter ostalega pribora. Lastnik pa je bil zelo prijazen ter odziven na telefon za kakršne koli informacije o prihodu in odhodu ter podal nam je nekaj napotkov o sami lokaciji apartmaja ter kaj si lahko ogledamo na samih Tenerifih.

Ključe od apartmaja nam je predal Finke, ki nas je zelo lepo sprejel in nam povedal veliko tips&tricks o Tenerifih. Thank you Finke. It was one the best holidays ever!!!!

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies). The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch. The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her. We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

The hotel is composed of different apartments which are fully equipped with all sort of things for cooking, sleeping and showering. The staff is very kind, professional, friendly and attentive. They also suggested us what to visit and helped us to book a car to visit the island. If you love quiet is the perfect place but if you want restaurants, surf schools, supermarkets or clubs you can find everything just outside. I recommend to include the breakfast as the choice of food is very wide and you’ll fall in love with the freshly made omelette! I’ll be staying there if I come back to Tenerife, the island of never ending summer!

The facility is located in a perfect location, 20 minutes from the city center and beautiful beaches. A great opportunity to take a walk after breakfast or lunch. There are parking spaces everywhere, that's what worried us the most. There are large parking lots by the beaches that are free. From the building on two sides there are beautiful botanical gardens and stairs A.C. The staff is friendly, our rooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning ladies regularly changed towels and made our beds. That thrilled me. The swimming pool is also part of the building. Recommendations and we will certainly return to the same facility.

Amazingly resonable price for half-board, plus unlimited drinks(even beer) in dinner only paying 3 Euros. Breakfast and dinner buffets were so nice: delicious and a lot of variety of foods to choose, and main dish in dinner was always different everyday

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! See you soon Los Olivos :)

As many already wrote about the amazing pools, shows, activities, rooms, etc. I would like to focus on the food. As a vegan family, it is more challenging for us to find hotels that serve satisfying food for us (a bunch of vegetables is not satisfying). The staff went out of their way to make sure we had delicious food to eat. Every meal, they showed us what's there for us in the buffet plus, offered a dish made especially for us on the spot. They also made a special vegan menu just for us in the Japanese and the Italien restaurants, so we had 2 wonderful and romantic evenings. The food was delicious, the staff were so nice and considering. We really didn't expect such care and we are grateful for it. We highly recommend this hotel to vegans! We never experienced such care. You will not be disappointed.
