The historic Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden is located in the Stockholm Archipelago, a 20-minute drive from Stockholm city centre. The staff was super friendly. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Skärgårdshotellet offers views of the Baltic Sea and the Stockholm archipelago, and is located less than 3 minutes’ drive from the Gotland ferry service. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking. I had stayed at the hotel before, so -as solo traveller this time- I rebooked without searching any other hotels. Perfect location for my travel plan, supercute room with fast internet, veeeery friendly staff, nice breakfast with a variety of goods for a low fat to a "full-extra" diet, being served also in an open area! For those who travel with the Gotland ferries or train, the hotel is next to both terminals. Being able to rent a bicycle is a plus!

Hotell Furusund mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Furusund. Dengan bar, hotel 4-bintang ini mempunyai bilik berhawa-dingin dengan WiFi percuma. This is the second time we come to the Furusund hotel and we are looking forward to coming back again. We have always done a lot of trips in almost all other European countries and we find that in Sweden, outside Stockholm, finding hotel choices of high standard is sadly very hard, they tend to be extremely overpriced, come linked with "experiences" that are mostly about drinking in well-decorated bar areas or sharing a spa with people who are drinking (drinking alcohol in the spa seems to be a highly valued activity) and we usually regret going. This is not the case here. This place is simple and beautiful. Elegant but no frills. Has everything you need (including a spa area if you are so inclined) in the nicest location. It is clean, the wifi works well, and it is overall a very relaxing experience. The best part is the food. Best breakfast ever, really pleasant. Last time we had dinner also (this time we were busy somewhere else) and I still remember it.

Siggesta Gård is located in the countryside of Värmdö and offers a sun terrace, parking, bookable sauna and hot tub. WiFi are free for guests. This hotel was perfect for our weekend retreat. While located in the beautiful countryside, it's still easy to reach from Stockholm center. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was extra comfy! We especially loved the breakfast buffet made from local organic ingredients.

Set by a fortress from 1735, this waterfront hotel on Värmdö Island offers impressive views of Solöfjärden and the surrounding archipelago. Amazing location overlooking the shipping straight between Värmdö and Rindo. Lovely helpful staff.

This early 1900s property is in Nynäshamn, on Trehörningen Island. It offers spa treatments, panoramic sea views and fine dining. Stockholm city centre is just 45 minutes’ drive away. Lovely place on a lovely location with a stunning view over the ocean and nature. We have stayed here many times

Set in Stockholm’s beautiful archipelago, first-class hotel and conference centre Fågelbrohus offers a historic setting in Värmdölandet, just a 35 minute drive from the centre of Stockholm. Fantastic environment for relaxation. We really enjoyed the spa facilities as well as lunch which we had booked separately. We made good use of the other facilities during our stay such as pool table, room to play board games, outdoor seating areas etc. I think there were bikes available but we didn't use them.

This countryside hotel is on Värmdö Island, 25 minutes’ drive from Stockholm city centre. Guests can enjoy fine dining, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The location is beautiful. Quiet, peaceful. Kayaks and swimming right there. Staff is amazing. Breakfast spread is wonderful. Restaurant for dinner has amazing dishes. There are hiking trails across the road. You can take the bus to town if you want to explore or go to a different restaurant.
