This eco-friendly hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Västerås’s main streets, Vasagatan and Stora Gatan. It offers free Wi-Fi, a free relaxation area with sauna and individually decorated guest rooms. Very good location. Very friendly stuff. Breakfast was quite good! I enjoyed my stay.

Located in the heart of Västerås, this 25-storey hotel is 400 metres from the Central Station. Room was phenomenal, breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had, the dinner/bar staff went above and beyond being helpful and very friendly. This Hotel is perfectly located in the City.

Stadshotellet is set in an elegant Art Nouveau building on Stor Torget square, 10 minutes’ walk from Västerås Central Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, stylish rooms and an English-style gastro pub. O hotel é interessante por ser antigo e tem uma ótima localização. Imediatamente após chegar à recepção para fazer o check in fui contada pela estadia. Preferiria pagar no check out mas não havia esta opção. O quarto tinha espaço adequado e estava limpo, porém não consegui dormir à noite pois havia barulhos de máquinas e pessoas arrastando móveis pesados acima do quarto. O ar condicionado não baixava de temperatura e o quarto estava um pouco quente. A TV tinha 4 canais funcionando e não era Smart. Esperava poder assistir filmes ou Netflix, conectando o celular à TV mas não foi possível. O café da manhã foi bom e variado. Adorei poder fazer meus próprios waffles.

O Clarion Collection Hotel Etage está localizado no centro de Västerås, a 3 minutos a pé do Parque Vasa. The hotel really exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, it is in the center of the city. In addition to the breakfast and dinner which were included in the price, we had FIKA, which was a lovely surprise - in period 15:00-17:00 we could have coffee or tea and cakes. Our room (for 3 people) was spacious, with comfortable beds. There was a kettle, free coffee, milk, tea, and some chocolate in the room. This was the only hotel I had been in that offered hair conditioner and body milk in the bathroom (in addition to shower gel and shampoo). The staff was very kind and helpful.

The place was really nice. It was a little bit further from the city center, but still a 15-minute walk. The close neighborhood has almost no services, but as I've said before, it is a 15-minute walk to the center. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. WiFi was working perfectly and the personnel was really kind.
