I got some food very late evening. That was incredible from their side. I was really hungry but the restaurant was already closed and these sirenas were recently finished.. I stay here often, and this hotel never ceases to disappoint. Each time if I have a request, when I return it's included. This is the best located, best staffed hotel in Ternopil. It is by far the best value for money. As an example, I arrived later in than I had hoped, but didn't feel like going out to eat. I asked the reception if any Cafe staff were in, and she personally went and organised a plate of borsht for me. I know 5 star hotels in the west who would not do so. I could not more highly recommend this hotel, and at the price, treat yourself and book a suite, it's still cheaper than most hotel rooms, and at around 390 square feet, it is huge, and best value in Ukraine.
