The room was incredibly nice and clean. The atmospheric view from the window. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, lots of restaurants and cafés. Next to riverside. This is the best place to stay in Dong Hoi.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more hospitable. They got our laundry done within the day after giving a fairly large bundle after 5 pm. So kind to offer iced tea on arrival and in mornings. Pool was spotless and the billiard / bar room was upstairs and open plan was very cool

The most special.thing was the family running the homestay. Very friendly and welcoming. They helped arrange our tours and transfers. Great stay.

Palafita Bungalow features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Phong Nha. Loved the location, surrounded by rice fields. Out of the tourist zone. We loved it, we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing, the owner answers very quick on whatsapp and shes very nice and welcoming. She cooked us breakfast and dinner, very good and reasonable price. The rooms are clean and warm, the bed was comfortable as well. If you need to book tours or have any questions, the owner has answers and books it for you. We had our own motorcycles so it was easy for us to go from place to place, if you’re travelling by bus and train i think you can have access to a scooter with the owner if you ask. 100% recommend, it’s calm and its a great price !! Thank you for everything :)

Thanks to Hugo and his lovely family for our stay and being so accomodating. Hugo recommended a cave tour (Ruc Mon Cave) and it was honestly one of the highlights of our 7 weeks in Vietnam. Would highly recommend this place

The hostess is lovely and picked us up from the night bus at 4am upon arrival and dropped us back to the night bus at 3am upon departure for free both times!

Good location away from the industrial part of town, lots of food choice close by, shopping mall opposite, coffee shops near by. All pretty new good shower and aircon, clean and spacious room with a small balcony all I asked for, can’t fault the property.

I can’t say Thanks to Trang amazing guest I have found in my traveling experience till now. Our bus dropped us at 2 am in the morning. Trang came to pickup us with motor bike at 2 am . He is a very good gentleman. Always recommend to stay at his place and support smaller homestay
